Sumac has a cloud service that allows you can share and update data from anywhere there is an Internet connection. No more need to email information back and forth. Staff and volunteers can access the same database at the same time from anywhere, so everyone always has the most up-to-date data.

Who Can See Our Club Data?
The contact data (first name, last name, phone number, email, and position) for Club Directors can be seen by
- The Club that entered the data
- Clubs in their Region
- Their Regional Directors
- Bowls BC Directors
Member Data (all other data for that member)
- The Club that entered the data
- Bowls BC Membership Committee
- Bowls BC System Administrator
The Bowls BC Membership Committee will share the following data with other Bowls BC Directors for the purposes of management and communications.
- Lists of Coaches and dates of Criminal record checks
- Lists of Umpires
- Age statistics
- Athlete Level statistics
- Number of Volunteers
- Number of Social Members
This data has been available when sent in and maintained on spread sheets, but was not easy to access across BC. The New Membership System will now provide a much improved method of obtaining these statistics and communicating with the clubs.
