Sumac is a secure and easy-to-use Client Relationship Management (“CRM”) solution that can be customized to meet both Bowls BC’s and your club’s exact needs. It provides the tools to manage all the contacts related to your club, be they members, donors, board members, or volunteers, send bulk emails and run customized reports. Sumac operates on a cloud service that allows you to update data from anywhere there is an Internet connection. The system is HIPAA & PIPEDA compliant and offers role-based data access controls and world-class data storage security.

Club Users
Bowls BC’s Sumac Administrator is available to train, advise and support each Member Club as they track its membership. In addition, the following training manuals, specific to the Bowls BC system, are available:

Each Club Director / Administrator desiring access to view or modify their Club’s Sumac data MUST first be assigned a unique User ID.
